Space is limited, so please reply quickly to this email to reserve your space, if you haven’t done so already. Please keep in mind that you do not have to have your own space if you would simply like to donate your treasures to be sold by the boosters for the benefit of all the students. However, if you want the proceeds of your sales to go directly into your own student’s account, reserving a space is the way to go.
A few things:
1. If you would like to donate your items to the Jefferson Band Booster sales space, please no clothes, however baby clothes are welcome. Please feel free to sell clothes at your space!
2. For those needing help transporting your larger items to the school, upon request, assistance will be provided.
3. For your convenience, cashiers will be handling all the sales. Each participating family will simply assign a price for which they want to sell each item and the buyer can pay that amount to the cashier. The cashier will then assign the money to the appropriate student account. No worries about having the right change!
We had great fun last year and it was truly an event which will benefitted all participants. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We want to make this another happy and successful experience for everyone!
